Our Approach….

We offer oral appliances as an alternative to CPAP therapy and it is a great solution for mild to moderate sleep apnea. Oral appliances work very similar to a mouth retainer and are custom fit by Dr. Doblin. Oral appliances treat OSA by advancing the lower jaw forward. It is custom made exclusively for each individual.

All oral appliances consist of an upper and lower dental unit which have the ability to be adjusted, allowing the device to be set at the most effective protrusive point for each patient CPAP therapy (a mask worn at night time) is recommended for the most sever patients., It is successful, but now always tolerated.
